Cancellations arising when the airline cancels a flight:

An airline might authorize a refund without any penalty due to flight cancelations resulting from bad weather, delays, or other technical and safety concerns. Please make sure you get a stamped confirmation from the airline and complete this form for the full refund:

There are two components to the ticket price – the airline ticket price and a transaction fee.
The full amount of the airline fare will be refunded to you. The transaction fee is non-refundable. The refund will be returned to your credit card / paypal. Processing time will be five business days.

Cancellations because of any other reason:

The fee for service cancellation is 35 percent of the total amount. Refunds are usually made within 10 business days or less.
Cancellations must be made at least one business day before the flight. Same day cancellations and NO SHOW for flights are ineligible for refunds. Refund requests must be made by completing this form:
Note, if you have purchased a non-refundable ticket, you will not receive any refund.

Date changes and Date change charges:

Date change must be made at least one business day before the flight time, the date change charges are $20 per ticket.
